At SP x SPORT, we want to ensure your gear is a perfect fit for your performance; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear in its original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all old labels are removed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
